At Platine Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to start the return process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and secure it back into its original protective shipping crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the return from your residence.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
