Standard delivery for in-stock furniture typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom-made or white-glove delivery services, the timeframe may extend to 3-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee, which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Furniture must be in its original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-ordered pieces are non-refundable.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Do you provide fabric swatches before I make a purchase?
Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches free of charge to ensure the color and texture perfectly complement your home's lighting and decor.

All our furniture comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, spills, and structural damage.
